Do I need to be a Turkish Citizen & Resident

You don’t need to be a Turkish citizen or resident to buy property in Turkey.  All you need are:

• Your passport
• Turkish Tax Number (can be issued in the Tax Office in 20 minutes)
• Opening a bank account is not compulsory however required for residence permit.
• Hiring a lawyer is not compulsory however you can choose have one for rest of mind.
